Discovery meeting with the Director of Mission Advancement and the Director of Healthy Lifestyles & Initiatives to get access to Meta Business Manager, Ad Account, and Facebook Page, as well as gain a deeper understanding of the program
Contact the in-house Digital Marketing Specialist for corporate branding materials, including all YMCA logo files, brand guide, messaging guide, and stock photos
Set up Canva Brand Kit with all elements under our Canva marketing agency account
Deliverables included carousel social media post highlighting the program in detail and vision board social media post (both with boosted post budgets), as well as two custom qualifier ad graphics
Monitored performance and communicated with the Director of Healthy Lifestyles, comparing results from the ad side to what she’s seeing in terms of phone calls

GOAL
The LPC YMCA team reached out in mid-January to run ads for a two-week period promoting their Diabetes Prevention Program starting in February. The goal was to target the general population of La Porte County (ages 35-65+) who may be eligible, with the main CTA being to call the Director of Healthy Lifestyles phone number to register.
*This project required one of the quickest turnarounds I’ve managed.
